Busy in London!

What a grazy week..Work has been hectic and I've been really busy. So I work at Scancoming and so far I've loved working there. Everyday is different and exciting. My workday includes answering e-mails, doing bookings, going to the bank/post office, opening the mail etc. I also delivered a wine bottle and football tickets to a few hotels and of course I got lost. :)

I work here :)

So now a little about Bermondsey. It´s located in South London and I love it. It's an excellent place to live in because everything is very near. Tower Bridge is only a 20 minute walk away from where I live. You can find grocery stores in almost every corner and the tube station is only a 5 minute walk away from my apartment.

Southwark Park, that's near my home

I also went to see Phantom Of The Opera with a friend from work and it was amazing. I got shivers all over my body. I recommend it to anyone whose interested. :) I also spent a day in Westminster with Taarna and we went to see Westminster Abbey, London Eye, you know the usual sights. Yesterday I was in Shoreditch with my roommate. She showed me all the good vintage markets and then we went out to eat in this cute restaurant near Tower Bridge. Here's still a few pictures to finish my post.

Greetings from London!

So I´ve been in London for 10 days now and I think it's finally time to tell what I've been up to. So my plane left very early in the morning on 6th January. I had a stopover in Copenhagen and at 1 p.m. my flight finally arrived in London.

Breakfast at the airport :)

At around 3 p.m. I finally reached Bermondsey, where I'll be living for the next five months. The next day I started my internship at Scancoming and so far I´ve done bookings, opened the mail etc. and tomorrow I get to deliver some tickets to different hotels all around London. :)

Bermondsey

So far I´ve been to Oxford Street (where I did a little shopping...of course) and Tower Bridge. Tower Bridge was really fabolous but unfortunately it was really windy that day and I was almost blown away by the wind. :) Oxford Street was really packed with people and I can understand why. There are so many shops that It´s hard to choose where to go first. It´s a good thing that I´m here for the next five months so I´ll be able experience all that London has to offer. Next time I´ll tell you a bit about Bermondsey and what´s it like living here. To finish my post, here´s a couple of pictures from Oxford Street and Tower Bridge. Bye for now...
